We chose RWB Chimney Sweeping because it was by far the best price. Thomas came out from a long distance when it was convenient for me. He was honest, hardworking, and very efficient! He came to clean two fireplaces. When he inspected one he found it didn't need cleaning so didn't charge me. He pointed out that the other one needed insulation and mortar and he did the job for a very reasonable price! He was very neat, left everything clean, and was a delight to talk with! I was unsure how to start a wood burning fireplace so he was kind enough to show me and set it up at no extra charge. Now I can use my fireplace and feel cozy and safe! Absolutely exceptional company! They went above and beyond and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Tom was here two hours after I called and cleaned both of our fireplaces even the one outside in single digit weather. He’s prices were so incredibly reasonable compared to other quotes. He left everything very clean considering he was cleaning out our fireplace. I would highly recommend.
The service I received was great! Thomas talked through with me all the concerns he had about my chimney and was able to clean the chimney to my satisfaction. He took pictures before and after the service to show the difference as we had a lot of creosote built-up. I highly recommend RWB Chimney Sweeping and would use them again!
