The nice girl measured my foot and said I needed an 11 in olikai shoes. They are mesh and I said that seems big, no she said you want them this way. Sure enough they are way to big and I have to wear thick tube socks to try and make them work. 100 down the drain. Now that I’ve worn them they can not be returned. Very in fortunate.

This review speaks to the quality of the products this store carries. My wife purchased a pair of Abeo shoes 18 months ago, and spent 158.00 on them. These shoes are not worn every day, and are not abused in any way. We noticed last week the heels had begun to peel away. I contacted Abeo, sent them a scan of the receipt, digital photos of the shoes, and all of the information describing the issue. Their response: there is no defect in the shoe and they will do nothing. This is normal wear and tear. So a 158 pair of shoes lasts less than 2 years and is not worn daily? To say we are unhappy is putting it mildly. We'll try going in to the store to see what they say but we're not hopeful. Don't buy Abeo, and be leery of the Walking Company.

Fantastic staff here. Lady helping my girlfriend explained how a proper sized shoe suppose to fit. Plus, they have a cool system that measures your foot and identify areas that need support to your feet. I plan to return to get fitted for new shoes for me.

Happy with the shoes I bought. But felt judged by my appearance (race) on getting serious assistance. Only when it appeared I was buying a couple shoes did it change. Second time there, had same feeling both time with different sales people.

The shoes were comfortable, but I needed a different color, which could be ordered. I did not order them because I first wanted to try them on. A little judgemental.

It was pretty busy for a Wednesday early afternoon but I can understand why. The staff are friendly and helpful. They seem to have a good amount of knowledge about the brands they provide.
