I came to the store today on Sunday at 4:25 and asked to help me find AllClad stainless steel saucepan and nonstick saucepan. Worker showed me AllClad D5 section and said “that is all we have”. I asked to check if they can order D3 saucepan for me and she said “we are not carrying D3 cookware here”. Ok, then I said “thanks for your help, I need a minute to decide”. 2 minutes later she came back to me and aggressively said “You need to decide faster! We have inventory tonight and we are closing in 1 minute”. I said “I hear it first time, I didn't know that, I'm sorry”. When she said that I was in store only 5 minutes maximum. So, I just went out and I won’t ever come back to this store. I just got my WS credit card to earn points, and now I’ll just close it. It’s absolutely poor service. I felt so bad.

My wife and I walked in this store 2 weeks ago. We were just looking but ended up purchasing a set of pots and pans. They had to be shipped. We see them in 5 business days. No pots and pans as of yet. Turns out somehow the order was canceled. We ordered the set again and we still do not have them. When we call the store we get sent to customer service. This is fine but no one in the store has taken ownership of helping us with our purchase. We will most likely cancel this order.

One of the best stores I’ve been to. Went above and beyond to help me understand and make a few purchases. When they found out I’m a chef they also helped me enroll in the chef’s savings program. Great people and service.

I love this location and shop here often, but I am giving them one star because of the rudeness I encountered from a manager named Rita. She must be new as I have no memory of her from previous visits. The sales associates were charming and helpful in ordering a Le Creuset pot valued at over 400. I inquired about their price match policy since I saw it advertised on QVC for 100 less. The sales associate said she would verify my request with the manager. Before she could do that, she turned around and saw Rita, whose back was facing us, shake her head "no". She had the lack of courtesy to even look at us and I doubt she heard me clearly since I was wearing a mask and several feet away from her. It was not too much to ask for a so-called manager to explain the reason in a respectful time and apologize for the confusion. The correct procedure, for a manager to address a customer who is spending over 400 in your store, is to be respectful and at least look at them when answering a question. Rita also said Sur la Table is excluded from the price match policy because they are in full liquidation. She is wrong about that because they are not in full liquidation. She could not explain why QVC was excluded as well, and told me to call Williams Sonoma. If it werent for the polite sales associate I would have not purchased anything and left. She was dismissive of another customer as well. I hope this is addressed and brought to her attention.
