They were prompt, reasonable, and the new installation workmanship was far greater than the prior installation. They took time to explain all options and they did a great job of explaining the operation of the new heat pump.

Had a new furnace put in they came gave me testament I told them to put it in after the job was done it was less than what they had told me the first time by 800 dollars. Witch was a whole lot less than Odessa Heating and cooling. Odessa wanted 8,000 Jake just charged me 3,000.

Wow! After a botched installation from another company whose name won’t be mentioned, Jeff and the crew from Jake’s came in made everything better! Should’ve used these guys from the start! Terrific people and even better work! Customer for life!

I could not get them to return a phone call. I would talk to one person and they would say they would get back with me and I could have an appointment the next week. No one ever returned the call. After the third time (I kept calling because they came recommended) I said if they did not schedule an appointment with me then I would just move forward with someone else. The receptionist hung up on me. She had told me she needed to speak with the owner, Jeff, first before scheduling an appointment. After she hung up I called to speak with the owner. He actually answered the phone. He told me they were too busy. So I guess they do not need any new business.
