Do not rent from this company. I'm truly sad to have to write this but I was very disappointed with this property management. Steve was a terrible manager. He never answered the phone. I rented from them for 2 solid years and never had a single phone conversation with Steve. We had multiple issues with the house that I don't blame Steve for, it was an older house, but I do blame him for making it impossible to contact him. Our first summer in the home he had his \lawn guy\ show up and I was told he would be there for a week to clear out dead trees. He came for one day, leaving large fell trees in the yard and never returned. We had multiple infestations of bees, and rats (again don't blame him) for which we had to set traps because steve never returned my call. I would show up at his \office\ multiple times during working hours only to be disappointed that it was locked (precovid). Finally I caught him in person and then they hired an exterminator. I paid my rent on time every month for 2 years and was treated terribly. DO NOT RENT FROM STEVE

NEVER answers the phone during business hours. Can't wait to move tf out of this place. Try somewhere else cuz these people don't deserve your money.

Does anybody happen to know if the hours are correct? Will he actually be there during those hours?....I’ve been trying to get ahold of him to get into a different place as places need to contact previous landlord and I can’t seem to get ahold of him. Help!

Stay far away. The landlord is impossible to get ahold of. And you will have to seek legal action to get your security deposit back.

We lived in the Ruth Villa apartments for about a year. We didn't have much trouble living them besides a serious ant problem. They wanted to bomb our apartment but I said no because I have a pet and I didn't want her sick. Every apartment in the complex had ant problems and I believe the problem is they never treated the outdoor area until people complained there were ants in their apartment. I believe they should have been keeping up with the outside bug issue before it even became an issue inside. The real trouble began when we were moving out. As a military family we were given very short notice as to when we would have to leave Washington and go to the next state. We filled out a letter to vacate on Dec 21 but unfortunately we delivered it to the old address on Goldie that is now the business of another business called Cascade. Since we never received any notice that the offices had changed we still assumed that that was their office. Luckily the new business working there sent out vacate letter to the proper Cascade now located on Crosby. We vacated the apartment on Jan 5 and paid for flea treatment and carpet cleaning. Since Jan 5 I have sent multiple voicemails (since Steve never answers his phone) and multiple emails. We need to them about our deposits and our prorated rent that we should be getting back. However we have had absolutely no response via email or telephone to get our questions answered. If I could give this zero stars, I would. It is completely unprofessional to blatantly ignore your tenants calls and emails. There are a lot of good rental places in Oak Harbor and surrounding areas, but I would steal clear of this one.
