I am so glad I purchased my wood stove from Hearth & Home. I just had my year anniversary stove check/cleaning. The technicians were very considerate in their manner and respectful to my home while they were here. We ended up having a warranty issue for which the part was immediately ordered and replaced in a time frame that exceeded my expectations. We cannot say enough good things about Hearth and Home. They installed a beautiful fireplace conversion system from wood to propane at our home, and they recently were called upon to tune it up, which they did very promptly. Rob, the technician, was sweet and very skilled, and it took him all of fifteen minutes to fix our problem. And Jeanette, the sales manager, was very nice and prompt and helped us solve the problem.
