Every time I call I am greeted and taken care of with nothing short of 5 star service. I have had to call Karmin's more than I care to admit and I never once feel like I'm a burden. They are always on top of it and provide me with documents in a timely manner, almost too quickly, it's great! And who doesn't love free pints of ice cream on their birthday? Seriously the best insurance office ever! I'm going to miss them when we leave!
