I couldn't leave a zero star so I will give a one star! I rented a beach home for a week but was unable to use it as the hurricane came through and mandatory evacuations were in place. I had no intentions of canceling but not allowed to use it either. Margaret Rudd associates were rude on the phone with my questions. Refused to offer me a replacement or refund. My story is similar to the others who wrote reviews and were not happy with MRA. They kept my money and lined their pockets. Buyer beware of this company. It happened to us and the others like us, it can surely my happen to you. They even kept my 400. 00 security deposit. I didn't even step on the property so I couldn't be responsible for damages. Robbery! UPDATE: This company responded quickly to my negative review however, did not respond to my complaint at the time of service. I ask to be placed into another rental in an area that was not restricted and was refused by them. How can the owner keep my rent money when the rental was not available to me? Pondering the idea to seek legal action against you and the home owner!

Loved the rental process with Margaret rudd. I had no issues. The cleaning crew could have done a slightly better job before we arrived . The house was perfect for our needs , and the views were spectacular . The dunes were a bit built up after the hurricane .

The rental 5 Fairway smelled like cat pee. The reason we look for a rental that does not allow pets is for this reason. It was a very strong odor. The carpets looked like they were not vacuumed and I was told the head of their housekeeping inspected it before our arrival. I was very disappointed mainly because of their housekeeping. They obviously do not know what clean means. I do have to say that Karen was so helpful and tried her best to make it better for us. Also, the owners really need a new shower door in the bathroom, as it had black mold all around the bottom. Would not rent this place again.
