The kids enjoyed our stay! A lot to discover with not many people around. A very nice place to relax and get away from it all.

FC is the best place to go, when you feel you need a break from the mundane and chaos of the world. It is a place to come and spend time with the Lord, whether it is with a group, your spouse, or just yourself. Peace and tranquility reside at The Fort.

Fort Caswell is now a convention center with different housing options. Full Gospel Men's Fellowship America has it's annual state conference here. Many other organizations also have camps and meetings here. The accommodations here are simple and clean. There is a peace here like no other place on earth. Enjoy the beach, the fort or just the peaceful spirit.

Disappointed. I searched several outlets trying to find the hours of operation. No luck. Drive 40 minutes only to meet a nice guard who said it was not open and would be when it's warmer. Did not give me any times or date when. I think it's really a bummer to not have access to the historical parts of it, yes I understand it's a Baptist Church that owns the property and they do retreats on it now. At least I knew the lighthouse up the street was closed before I drove down.
