Micki has created a beautiful space for yoga, and delivers an amazing class full of instruction and physical movement, as well as inspiration and spiritual growth. What I love about Micki and the way she runs her classes is how open she is to anyone, no matter their ability or experience or challenges. Tree of Life is definitely a special place. Highly recommend!!
