its a great experience. the guy tom is very nice. they figure out a solution and get the job done. hooks up with the best value that he and five star electronics can do. doesnt make you look like a worthless customer. values and understands peoples problems they have with their electronics. there is nothing that cant be fixed.if anything you can rely on five star electronics for outstanding work.

I stopped in last week and Tom and Dina were SO helpful! They were knowledgable, helpful, kind, and Tom is very funny. I got the best deal on a gorgeous 86” television that anyone could ever get, I’m so excited. Skip Best Buy and go see Tom and Dina!
