Nice guy running it. I felt bad my mom took her hearing aid back because she was concerned more about keeping the money in her purse than her hearing. She got a great deal too. I don't believe she did this.

John is awesome. Been wearing aids all my life and it’s nice to deal someone who’s not after your wallet. He’s attentive, personable and simply a nice guy. As well as the staff. Highly recommend.
I can’t speak highly enough about John Goik, BC-HIS and office director. I have worked with a few other hearing aid specialists and nobody compares to John. John’s service is second-to-none. Hearing aids are tricky to program just right for the user, and this takes time. If something is not working in an optimum way, John will take the necessary time to figure out the root cause of the issue through a very common sense and analytical approach. Then he will determine the best course of action to resolve the issue. He will not give up until you are completely satisfied. I have never felt rushed by John and have always been extremely satisfied with his service and the products he has provided me. Lastly, John is very honest. He will not sell you a hearing aid you do not need nor one that will not meet your needs very well.
We were greeted right away. The wait was not long. The doctor was thorough and did not speak above my head. There was a variety of styles from archaic to the most up to date models of hearing aids.
I have received excellent service from John Goik. He has been very professional, patient, understanding, and has excellent technical skills for fitting and adjusting hearing aids. He listens to your problems and concerns. John also provides excellent follow up care for adjusting and repairing your hearing aids when necessary. His office staff has been friendly and reliable. Hearing aid technology has gotten better but nothing is perfect. I like that fact that John presents you with all the options that might work for you. Then he patiently helps you to select the best options for your lifestyle and hearing needs. Hearing loss can be devastating. No one can restore it to perfection but John brings your as close to normal as possible.
