I've never seen a more unprofessional place. They canceled my appointment and did not give me a call that it was rescheduled for a different day. So I showed up and they refused service because they were too busy. The whole point of making the appointment was so there was set time for me to be seen. It's not my fault that there was an error on their end. I refuse to go back. The only reason the get one star is because I had to in order to review. Definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere. If they can't manage a schedule, I can only imagine how well they give hearing tests.
Everything was excellent until we got to the choosing decision. I feel like we got \bum rushed\ into buying a product with nothing but prices as criteria! No model numbers, just verbal recommendations. I'm not a \happy camper\, and plan to revisit first thing in the morning, God willing. And may Peace be within us.
Horrible people skills and never return calls I tried calling them several times and they still haven't called back to fix my grandpas hearing aides pretty sad when those things are 5 grand
Dr.Laura was incredibly quick however she's the most over priced hearing company I've ever went to, she over charged my mother at her visit today and was incredibly rude. If you don't mind paying more for the same service and being treated like your a low life, feel free to make an appointment.
