Excellent interaction with staff, from sales representative to the general manager to the finance officer. No hard sell and the dealership started out with a reasonable negotiation stance. They were upfront as to the incentives available, which made it easy to facilitate a deal. Couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

I originally went in to look for a basic car to get me to and from work. But after Jorge spent his time going over my available options I was able to get a New Jeep Compass at a great rate. Jorge was very knowledgeable and spent the entire time making sure we going the right deal done! I would strongly recommend getting a car here with Jorge.
This use to be my go-to place to get my car serviced. Been away for a few years after moving but made an appointment recently and made the long drive. Called and left a voicemail for the service department. Never received a call back after days of waiting. Finally made the appointment online and went in at the scheduled time. The whole appointment process was misrepresented online. During a very short wait in their bay I overheard several people complaining about how long their cars have been in. The reps rudely, condescendingly and unprofessionally talking down to them. So, I just took my car and left. I get there have been changes, many due to the pandemic, but the reps' unprofessional attitudes towards their customers' concerns was completely out of line and inexcusable.
Purchased a 2021 Jeep Renegade from Mancari's Oak Lawn. I needed something good for winter and good on long daily commutes. Rolando helped me every step of the way even after I changed my mind at the end of the process making him restart. He genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I appreciated that. The staff was polite and professional and helped cater to my needs and my budget. I never felt overly pressured or rushed. I left happy and am loving driving my new Jeep everyday.
