My wife and I visited Balance Fitness Studio to use their infrared sauna. Kristin, who is the owner of the studio, was most accommodating. The sauna was great and Kristin made sure that we were happy with the session. Her studio is set up in such as way as to make working out an inviting and comfortable experience. I definitely recommend her studio for a steam or a workout!
