You need to go if only to see the glorious layout of this store. Everything is presented well and is perfectly lit with the combination of natural and electric light. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. Excellent pairings of yarns and patterns with plenty of ideas for the newest to the craft to well experienced knitters.

This place is located at the heart of Oak Park. It is a specialty store for luxury yarns and fibers. A must boutique to visit!
My son and daughter in law purchased a six month subscription to the yarn club for my birthday as I am an avid knitter. The first payment was taken and after a few phone calls the first yarn was sent (not worth the money). The second month they took the money, did not send yarn and did not return any phone calls, emails or facebook messages. I wish I could leave nil stars.
This shop downloaded a pattern of mine and distributed it without my permission or compensation. After I confronted Hunter he assured me he would pay if i provided an invoice but has since stopped responding. They did this to dozens of designers- please do not support this shop!
Illegally distributes patterns, fails to fulfill subscriptions, fails to issue refunds for subscriptions that were not fulfilled... Honestly, what a horror show. More information can be found on the club's own facebook and ravelry pages.

The owners are lovely people, the fiber is delicious and knit night was a blast. :)
THEY ARE STEALING PATTERNS AND DELIVERING THEM WITHOUT COMPENSATING OR NOTIFYING THE DESIGNER. THIS IS THEFT.
