We had one miscommunication with a new crew that came and we were a bit unpleased. Owners told us they would make sure this will be addressed, fixed and we would get 100% satisfaction. They really went WAY ABOVE what was required to fix the issue. I am glad they continue the same way they had for 15 years! Same management, same focus on great job at very reasonable price. Highly recommend. Note: the picture posted was \before\ they did the cleaning. After, Mary's cleaning, the bathroom like the day it was installed (minus the dust!!!) Wonderfull work Many thanks!!!! They could even clean that kind of disaster!
Super disappointed. We’ve used Mary’s in the past. I liked that we didn’t have to use them regularly to be customers. Used them before big parties, holidays, gatherings. Had a 10:15 scheduled today because we have 50 people coming for a party tomorrow. Called when no one showed up and they didn’t have us on the books. I called 2 weeks ago and made a point to reiterate the date a time when booking. So frustrating.
I am glad to see that this company has new owners!! I worked for this company for almost 2 years..... I was a supervisor always there even when I was sick! I never had a problem with performing my job duties. One day on a very cold snowy December.. I slip and fall on a clients residence and they send me home , tell me to stay off my feet that the company would pay for my sick leave.. And told me not to sue the client... After a few days at home I got half a check and then I got a letter in the mail from an attorney saying I was terminated for misconduct!! Can u believe that? I got very hurt from that fall had medical treatments and they still refused to pay my last paycheck. Not only are they liars they’re thieves! They really shocked me with my termination.... SMH But They will get what they give.. that’s why they had to sell the business because everything was backfiring on them. I’m glad it has new owners!!!!! ———peace out
Do not use if you have pets. They won’t clean animal areas. The crew said it was policy. Refused to dust shelves because he saw a dead stink bug. Stink bugs are harmless and unfortunately every where in Oak Park. Basically the crew decides what they want to clean when they get to your house. Mary’s Cleaning Service should be honest with customers and let customers know that their house may not be clean when they are done. That the crew will choose what they want to clean on site. Be ready to clean after the cleaning crew is done. And Mary’s is expensive !
