Chef Paco made the best food I ate in 2 years at a restaurant. This is my favorite place! The food is authentic and deliciously crafted. The service is perfect!

New Rebozo is an awesome place to dine. The food is always, always a pure delight. Very Covid conscious. Safety is top of mind. For over 30 years Chef Paco has created dishes for the eye and the palette. He presents his meals with passion that you can taste. You will never leave without saying \Oh my God\.

I am blown away at how delicious New Rebozos is! Chef Paco creates a warm (literally and figuratively) and inviting atmosphere, with excellent service! Everyone was so kind and I love the fact that Chef Paco was out there chatting with guests, serving tables, and clearing dishes! It's so heartwarming to see his passion when interacting with the customers! Food was authentic with a modern twist and the craft margarita I had was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this place if you want a truly great restaurant experience, over the top delicious food, and want to help support a 30 year old business during these times of hardships.

Omg! Chef Paco always delivered! The food is excellent...the fiesta mole is my favorite. And if you dine in, you have to try a margarita. Trust me...you can’t go wrong. Check my photos, they speak for themselves.
