I’m giving this particular location 2 stars because the food is delicious, but as far as customer service I would give 0 stars. Every time I call in there is a male who answers the phone and he’s rude, uninterested, and impatient. He’s not helpful at all but as a customer service representative it is your job no matter how your feeling to keep your customers coming back not run them away. The food is already pricey which isn’t a problem but if I’m going to spend MY hard earned money then I expect the service to be great. There should be someone with great customer service answering the phones or maybe some customer service trainings need to happen but until then I will not be doing business with this location.
Ordered for pickup, and generally all usually goes well...might need to call ahead so everything is ready when you get there though, but the food is delicious and at a reasonable price
I do not hate Rosati's it's the best pizza I ever ate by far & i'm 81 so I've ate a lot of pizzas my fav is sausage & mushrooms
