I went in with low hopes to find a perfect place for my family. I was greeted with smiles! They’re new properties coming in we’re perfect! We were able to pick our floor plan. Which lot we wanted! Staff was nice and answered every question we asked. Sarah was able to go through all paper work and get us a great deal! Now we’re excited to move into our new place!!

Is a mobile home community or park... It's a means to an end. It's clean and if you do as the lease states you'll enjoy it. Management wants a clean tidy community. If you take pride in what you have you'll like it enough here. If you're just wanting a place to be sloppy, you won't like it here.
Great place to live office can be strict but I do believe its for everybody's best interest
