They are probably looking at these reviews and chuckling knowing there is not an option unless they get kicked out. - Boil water notice nearly every month. We just permanently disconected the feed to the fridge for ice/water to be safe. It did not taste right even if you used space age filters. - Constant repairs on the same section hence shut offs (unannounced). You'd think they would have figured a better way to do it. Probably cutting corners/cost where possible. - Silt or nasty water that we have to clear filters to the showers, sinks and appliances often. - Ancient modes of payment that are not reliable..probably trying to avoid processing fees from banks/cards. They were talking about faxing something to me/mailing checks/money orders to them.

I really wish I could give 0 STARS! THIS has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. First off their ridiculous on their pricing for the most disgusting water. I promise if they were brought samples they would not dare bath or drink it! I should be giving them a bill for all the clothes of my families that are ruined due to their water quality. As for the customer service or LACK of! The girl at the front has to be the RUDEST person I have dealt with and she has no clue how to deal with customers. And it's time to upgrade billing.. what company does not take payments over the phone??

Horrible Customer Service! Can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone. Don't expect to get your deposit back. I'm still fighting with them to get the 15.00 owed to me after deducting my final bill. They are so screwed up, not only did I not get back my refund, but they sent me a late charge and continued billing me after the water has been shut off! I reported them to the Public Utility Commission of Texas. They had 21 days to respond to the formal complaint. Needless to say they did not respond. The commissioner told me he already has 7 complaints against them this year and we are Jan 18th. Wow! I'm willing to go in front of a hearing. I will not let this rest!!!

I wish I could give a 0. I just moved into this area and the first time I tried setting up an account the lady I was talking to said they don’t service my area which I knew it was a lie because I still have other people’s mail coming in from this company and my landlord told me these are the people who service this area. So that lady obviously didn’t know what she was talking about. So then I called again and the lady I talked to definitely sounded like she hated her job. I got no “hi” or anything and I could feel the hostility through the phone. And then she told me I need to pay 85 To prove that I was living here and that she was gonna send me paperwork to fill out and in order to return it filled out I would have to pay that 85. You would think that with all the bad reviews they have that they would try to improve themselves.

Constantly working on their own faulty pipes so water is getting shut off without warning. Boil water notices don't make you feel too safe. Heavy amounts of sediment come through our pipes making our water pressure go down and affecting appliances.
