Beautiful furniture, available at every price range. Helpful and honest in-store customer service. The owner is very friendly, and easy to talk to. I docked one star off because they were late on their shipment, and even though I asked for shipping updates, I did not get them until I called and asked. Everything else was perfect!

It was great. Me and my wife had issues finding a dining room table and couch. Read the great reviews and had to go. Good experience. Penny was knowledgeable and helped us out a lot. I would have rated 5 stars but they wanted to copy my military ID. Service members be aware of this as it is illegal for any one to copy it. They even reviewed the order to ensure accuracy. Great family owned business.
Can't say enough about this store! The furniture is top quality and the staff is a pleasure to work with! We made several trips before making a final decision on our kitchen table and side board piece. Each sales person we spoke to was helpful and a pleasure to deal with! Our furniture was delivered much earlier than expected! We will definitely be going back when the need arises!
We have only had wonderful experiences at Oak Tree Furniture! We originally went o purchase dressers for our bedroom. The sales staff were helpful, but not pushy at all (and that can be a huge deterrent for furniture shopping!). We found two nice dressers, and they were on sale, so that was a huge plus! We then found out that they offered a military discount (my husband and I are both active duty) on top of the discounted price! The furniture is expensive, but with the two discounts, it helped lower the price quite a bit! With that said, the furniture is well worth the price, because you are getting quality furniture that will last much longer than anything you would buy at stores like Ikea. We also had a huge desk that we had refinished at this store. The staff did an AMAZING job on the desk. They refinished it, cut down the size, built a custom drawer, and built brand new footings for the desk. It is absolutely beautiful, and it was worth every penny. The staff was helpful from start to finish, and extremely knowledgable on the proper way to refinish furniture. We are so so happy with the job they did, and will 100% recommend Oak Tree Furniture to anyone who needs their furniture done! Thank you!!!
The delivery gentlemen brought the sofas very carefully. It fit into the main door but not thru the hallway. But they removed the legs and then it passed thru smoothly. Installed the sofas where we wanted them. They removed all the trash and carried them way. No scratches, no dents, 2 pure sofas decorate our family room.
Love my end tables !! Ready to put some nice wood in my bedroom .
