Rayco has done several apartment flat roofs for me on various buildings. Fair pricing, good quality work and they stand behind their workmanship. I got their name from another friend in the business who recommended them to me.

I worked with Rayco this summer on a few projects. The work was done on time and to my satisfaction. Highly recommended
The company does not warranty it's work. They used the incorrect material twice on patches and I had to pay another company to do the warranty repair on it. Now this latest incident will cost me thousands to repair the water damage and they do not stand by their warranty and blame the customer.
What type of contactor doesn't clean up after a job A loser.
One of their drivers maliciously attempted to drive me of the road, when I called to report it the owner told me to grow up and attempted to justify his driver's choice of road rage during a snowstorm. I would have to think that says a lot about how they would do business and personally would avoid using a company that condones this level of disrespect.
