Wasted my time and money, even gave them the vin number and still sent wrong part, said it is my fault cause vin number says the part was a different one as you can see by pictures it is a different one all together, i would not recommend this place and they were very rude on the phone to me like I was wrong , I told them It was a U shape part that went into washer pump not an elbow ,and sent them a set of 10 pictures 2.00 part shipping 9.00, and am I supposed to pay for shipping back just to New York a .50 cent stamp is all it would of cost. Dealers there always right Yea!
Best place to get your parts. These guys are \legendary customer service.\ I've been to different Toyota dealerships in the area, for example: Smithtown, and was given lazy responses to my inquiries. I was told to order online and pick it up the next day, no attempt to see if the part was available. Sunrise Toyota has excellent staff. I would definitely buy my next car there. If there Parts department is this great, the rest of the dealership will blow anyone away. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.
I place an online order but never came what i order! I call them but they never resolve the problem i email them and they never responded! Im about to file a claim with the BBB!
