I have always stopped in when in the Robinson area. Always have a decent stock, and selection, of goods. The other day they installed a new kisser button and peep for me in my very short lunch break. Attentive and kind, with a few questions I had. All while handling a large incoming shipment. It's a shop worth checking out.

The owner isn't bad but the kid he has working for him is arrogant, a no it all, and has no people skills. i run my own business, there for i know how to treat my customers to were they want to come back. I know for a fact i will never go back again to be treated like i did, and i will diffidently not refer others to this place on my reputation !!!!!!

I purchased a matthews halon bow here a couple years ago. Today I actually went in to purchase another bow and there was not one customer in this shop so it wasn’t busy at all. There was roughly 3-4 employees here and for the 15 minutes I was in there I didn’t get a hello, can we help you etc. I did have some questions but at this point I was not going to chase someone down to spend easily over 1,300. It is what it is and I will take my business elsewhere. Oh when I left I walked by two employees talking and no acknowledgement whatsoever. It’s a shame as I have two boys that hunt between all of us we/I spend a lot of money on bows,guns, etc .. definitely need to work on customer service and experience.

Place was attentive, informative and accurate. Had a bad optic, went in there clueless(self taught). Reasonable replacement optic, good quality. Wasn't rushed, didn't take forever. Good people, good business.
