John at The Stove Store was great. If you go in with some dimensions he will offer several different options for your choosing. Unlike the other local fireplace store where your options are limited and what they do have is on the higher end of the spectrum. Lenny was also very knowledgeable in the craft of fitting my wood burning insert into an already existing fire place. He too was nothing short of nice and patient with all my questions and requests. With the installation of my Neo2.0 wood burning insert and these 2 gentlemen helping me out, my house is now warm and toasty. I can't wait to see the savings in my home heating oil bill.

The Stove Store and More is the place to be to shop for fireplaces, stoves etc. John, the owner, is very patient and knowledgeable. We bought a Vermont Castings wood burning stove from John and we are so happy with our purchase. First, the installer Lenny will come to your house and give you an estimate for the installation part, so you will know how much you have left in your budget to shop for the stove and/or fireplace. The prices are fair and their customer service is excellent. Lenny and John take care of any problems that may occur during this process in a reasonable amount of time.
