I am not one to leave comments. Have taken some visits to this park for about 3 days now. John in the office is extremely easy to interact with and do business with. He is very pleasurable to be around. Tree's look fine. It's quiet. Simple process. No run around. They also obey laws.

Since the new owner has taken over this place has went so far down hill it's not even funny. New trailers are brought in and left to sit on the main road. All of the trees are being cut down. The are now tearing up empty lots and have busted up our road which our lot rent will be raised so they can repair it. We feel like we have been living in a construction site since they have taken over. They now start construction at 7am and are destroying the lots of other tenants. We can't even get the lights fixed in front of the office not to mention the many other street lights that are out.

We have lived here for years. Beautiful mature trees were everywhere, until new management/owners came. They went through and cut down many of the trees, they are tearing up all the cement in the empty lots. They are leaving new trailers in the road for days on end. The noise is awful, it's like living in a construction zone. During all this, they are destroying our roads, which we are going to have to pay for.

Hi :) yes it is hard to get through on the phone, It did take me to an assistant after some calls and I started a little hesitant, but I was still very eager to view the homes, so after a bit of looking, we left to check it out. I was persistent and went in without an appointment but that's okay. I enjoyed the car ride there, it's in a beautiful and safe area, landscaping is absolutely breathtaking in this wooded refreshing community. We pulled up to the leasing office to see a maintenance truck on site which Is good to know the guys are around, I walked in on a very nice man (maintenance) and a potential resident having a conversation and I appreciated the love he shared about the community he works for. It is very beautiful. I grabbed some paperwork and talked with the property manager Niki over the phone to schedule a viewing the next time I'm in, In my opinion she is just taking care of business and is a very busy woman that wants residents who are serious about moving in. She has been nothing but sweet and informative to me, speaking with me and updating me on current availabilities. She has been very helpful already and I like her.
