I would highly recommend Crown Adjusting LLC if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing an adjuster. Mr. Crown was thorough, thoughtful and professional. He helped me through the process and gave me the encouragement and support I needed to deal with my claim without going through his company. I appreciated that he didn’t just want to take my money, and yet really was so helpful and highly knowledgeable. I hope that I will not need his services again but I wouldn’t hesitate to call him.

Robert was amazing through the whole process. His knowledge of the insurance industry is next to none when it comes what they are willing to settle for and not. He knows the policies better than the adjusters do. He can push the envelope which delivers better results when it comes to processing claims. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not hiring him if you are going through a claims process. He advised me and helped me recover more than I thought possible. They will fight you ever step of the way and Robert was there to guide me. I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Robert.

Robert’s assistance was invaluable in helping me resolve a homeowners insurance claim. My insurance company initially denied responsibility for the claim saying I was responsible for collecting from another party. He helped me navigate the claims process and thanks to his advice, I was able to get a full settlement from my insurance company.

I would have given Robert, from Crown Adjusting, 10 stars if that had been available. If we could sum up our experience with Robert in one word, it would be \Trustworthy\. We came across Crown Adjusting from a referral at a time when we were experiencing the worst of nightmares when our home of 17 years burned to the ground in the Santa Cruz mountains fire. From the get-go, we found Robert to be extremely knowledgeable, full of wisdom, and most of all, a down to earth trustworthy, caring person. God forbid if you or anyone in your family find yourself/themselves in the same situation and need someone to deal with your insurance issues, reach out to Robert. Like us, you'll be glad you did. We will forever be grateful for his help. CV & KV

Robert was extremely helpful and patient with me during my recent insurance loss/drama. He knows the adjustment process intimately and brings years and years of experience dealing with insurance companies and adjusters. He also knows exactly what buttons can be pushed to get the best results for a claim. Throughout our dealings, he was professional, logical and knowledgeable. He thinks creatively and suggested approaches that made sense (and I didn’t know enough to consider). Furthermore, Robert’s professional advice goes beyond the case at hand. Looking forward -- My home was underinsured and he helped me determine how much insurance I should have. Another example: he pro-actively recommended contacts and resources to document my collections so that I would have irrefutable proof of quality should there be a future loss. Plus, he’s a really nice man, personable and a good communicator. Just the kind of person you want on your side when you go into battle. I highly commend and recommend Robert. Thank you, Robert!!
