Watching chef Lee on Chopped one of my favorite Food Network shows. Haven't had the pleasure of trying anything from her menu, but she has too be the real deal to be an featured chef on this show.

Lee is amazing - she cooked for 80 people and everything was perfect. She was easy to work with and really knows how to bring community together in a fun and meaningful manner (and her food is spectacular). I highly recommend her and Made2Gather.

In September my non-profit, Los Angeles-based Pando Populus, hired Chefs Lee and Lue for our 4-day event in the mountains of south central Utah. They created the menu and drove 800 miles, hauling in kitchen equipment and all the food since this was a remote location with no grocery stores for miles. They cooked for a group of 40 in the main cabin's kitchen, with all of us underfoot, and it seems they never took a break, one meal flowing into the next. All were delicious, nutritious, and beautifully presented. We loved the way they announced dinner and explained what they had prepared. Lots of personality. We'd recommend them for any event.

Chef Lee did a great job with the food for our Shabbat dinner. Everyone loved the food - she made a tasty Japanese-inspired chicken curry, balsamic roasted vegetables, caramelized onion rice pilaf, and a refreshing side salad. I really appreciated that the food wasn't too heavy or over-seasoned. She was very open to feedback and suggestions, arrived on time for the drop-off, and stayed to help set up. Only downside was that we ran out of food sooner than anticipated - a) her food was tasty so people ate it up and b) the portions might have been measured out on the smaller side.
