Gorgeous work! We ordered a “custom” hurricane proof front door. We brought in a photo of the design we wanted and they matched it perfectly. We dealt with Ryan in the front office and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installer Steve was also very knowledgeable, so professional and friendly. He made sure to protect our walls and put up protective plastic to ensure the dust didn’t get blown into the house while he was doing the install. They recommended a door finisher to stain the door. we used their recommendation and it’s just gorgeous!! I would also like to add this was all during the Covid-19 pandemic. Ryan kept us informed along the way and shared what was happening with city permits as they had put a hold for a brief time. He worked with us on the install date and I’m very happy to share we are so pleased. The door turned out beautiful! Thank you everyone at The Door Factory and even those behind the scene! Gorgeous! Gorgeous! Gorgeous!
