Scam. They charge you for a consultation - 85 -that is never mentioned on website. (It's nothing more than a sales pitch on a piece of paper.) They overcharge for vaccines that you can get elsewhere. They also have a rude and foul mouthed urse\ working at their Oakland location. You can do much better at clinics in SF. I travel all the time. BTW, they have responded to my review with a lie (see below). The 85 fee is not mentioned when you book. The only thing mentioned is a 75 fee if you don't show up. I showed up and was charged 85. I have contacted my credit card company to reverse charges, which I never do, except if their is fraud.

I paid 200 to get COVID test and was hoping I would get result within 72hrs. It's been already 4 days and I have already traveled internationally. This is a total rip off. Now I can't even contact them coz of weekend. I need my money back !!

Had an appointment with Keisha (travel nurse expert) this week who thoroughly explained the Yellow Fever vaccine program as well as all the recommended vaccines we should consider for our trips to the Philippines, South Africa, and Zambia. She also gave excellent advice on the food and water risks as well as mosquito repellent management. It was an excellent and informative consultation and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND seeking out their expertise before traveling abroad.

I expected my appointment to be quick and impersonal, but it was the opposite. The nurse was thorough with my personalized itinerary, asking me detailed questions, and making sure I understood everything she was telling me. I had an additional question about a separate vaccine that was unrelated to my travels, and she took the time to research the answers to my questions and then provided it for me. This was the best vaccination experience I've had, and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Although it was expensive, there is no price for health and peace of mind.

This company is extraordinary, they went the extra mile to help us when we needed a last minute vaccine. Keisha was so gracious and got us vaccinated over her lunch break after we were stuck in traffic an hour. She and Passport Health are incredible!
