What is the thought process behind refilling nitrogen at 5am? The driver of this truck let me know this is scheduled every Tuesday and produces an incredibly loud, high pitched noise. Please consider scheduling this at normal business hours.

I had the opportunity to float three times last week at the oakland location and had a wonderful and relaxed experience each time. the staff is really genuine and helpful, and it really is about the float. as far as the actual float, i was surprised at how relaxed I really got. I fell asleep for maybe 20 minutes in one float. being able to shower after the float and feel welcome to do some computer work in the back was really a bonus. i had some tea and chilled on my laptop.

I came here for compression boot therapy. It was my first time at the spa and my first time getting this type of therapy. The woman at the front desk was really helpful and friendly although I was a bit flustered as I rushed there to not be late. I didn’t particularly like that the boot therapy happened in a public space with other people doing boot therapy/other patrons waiting for or finishing up their service. I thought it would be a more private/intimate experience. Also, the couch that I sat on was a bit dingy/worn. aside from those things it was a pleasant experience and the spa was really clean.

Visited this place after experiencing some hip / knee tightness. I went in limping but after my treatment was moving a little better. A little on the expensive (55 for a 3 minute treatment) side but worth it for your body’s sake. I was a little disappointed by the staffer, she did not seem like she wanted to be there—but it was a Saturday so I can understand. I will definitely give it another try but perhaps I’ll do their focused treatment.

First timer for Cryotherapy. I was nervous to say the least. The guy who accompanied me back answered my questions and did his best to put me at ease and get me in that chamber. It was a great experience all the way around. Inflammation gone, energy up, hello ROM! I cannot wait for the next treatment. Infrared sauna was ok. I expected it to be a hole lot hotter than it was... It's definitely not the reason I'll return. I'll try the float next! 4 stars because of the parking situation, it can be hard to find a spot, come a little early! Enjoy!

Reboot spa is a great place to take a break and recharge. The place is really clean and the staff are great. Basically feels like you're at a spa in the Jetsons. Floating in the salt water pod is an amazing relaxing experience.
