It has everything I need to have a good workout.
I was visiting the Deep Creek area for vacation, and was pleasantly surprised that such a nice gym was accessible to visitors. Don’t be fooled by the upstairs....it’s nice there, but the good stuff is downstairs, at least for a regular gym rat like myself. I was truly impressed! If ever in the area again, I’ll be back.
Clean, quality equipment. Go get those gains if
Has lots of space. Great for power lifters, as well as machines for beginners. Being a trainer myself I felt like I could get a great variety of equipment.
