I was looking for a very specific new pair of sunglasses that I had years ago, the staff helped my find the closest thing to the originals. These ones fit even better. They were very helpful and patient! Great experience!

Update: Bought a new pair of glasses, had a piece fall off not even 24 hours of wearing them. Not only could the woman not help me, had zero knowledge of customer support or options to help me. Saw I was upset and treated it like a joke with no sympathy what so ever. Never returning to this store again. To be honest this is just as much as my review of the MSK3 as it is the store, but the Oakley website denied my review, so I'm going to post it here and the only reason I gave them two stars instead of 1 was because they refunded me without an argument, not sure if it was because of customer service or they just didn't care... Dissapointing... So on top of the fact that I got this to wear sunglasses without them fogging and that's the one main feature about this mask, it doesn't work, glasses still fogged up. On top of that I was guaranteed that I could wear this on Disney property by an employee at Disney Springs, that was false as well, the only good side of this whole deal was they refunded me without question. Need some major tweaks, in the mean time wait till they make this product better before you buy it.

I'm not going to lie....I'm a fan boy when it comes to Oakley. Oakley is the only brand of sunglasses I wear. I bought my Holbrook glasses from here. This is a great location just because of everything that is around. They have a great size of inventory to choose from. The customer service couldn't be better!! I was taken well care of by the two sales associates and when I buy my next pair of glasses from here, I hope the same two sales associates are still here. I wish I new their names. I bought my glasses on Tuesday, November 3rd around 8pm

Came in to see if they had a screwdriver for glasses. We were on vacation and one of the screws came out of my glasses. They let me borrow theirs with no problem. Much appreciated!

Customer service at the store was excellent! They were very helpful and took time to answer all questions. Although the deals were still not good enough for me to buy a pair of shades, I did purchase a hat. Hopefully the Oakley brand will have greater deals especially throughout this pandemic.
