I did the online/virtual course with trainer led and skills session! I truly enjoyed the overall experience of completing my BLS certification in the comfort and safety of my home during a pandemic. It was very convenient, easy to register and navigate online. The training kit is mailed to your home prior to your class start date and you receive everything you need to successfully complete the course. My only complaint would be that my training kit was delayed, I didn’t receive it prior to my original registration date, did not receive any notification on why it was late, and no tracking number was provided. I was concern so I reached out to the office first thing the day before my class and did not receive any response via phone and email. I called twice and finally had someone answer but they said the administration office was closed and did not provide much details regarding my training kit being delayed and the status of my class. However, the following day after I received a response immediately that morning and due to weather inclement had cause my package to arrive late by one day. The service was great, I received my training kit and I was able to reschedule my class to a different date. I am satisfied with the customer service and trainer. I would recommend this business.

I completed the virtual BLS Provider training with C.E.R.T. The delivery of the equipment was timely, well packaged and clean. The adult manikin is one of the best I have used. The virtual instruction and interaction was great with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The instructor provided feedback and guidance to the class and/ or individuals when needed. After the lecture/ interactive portion of class the test was completed through the AHA website. I felt prepared for the test after the lecture and interactive portions without the need to reference my notes. I received my BLS Provider e-card 10 minutes after completing the test with a passing grade. After working in a healthcare setting all day it was great to complete this from the comfort of my home! Sending the equipment back to C.E.R.T is easy (they even provide tape to close the box to ship back) I will definitely use C.E.R.T again in the future.

I took the virtual BLS CPR class with CERT. the instructor was great. Even had a sense of humor for those who were slow. Sign up online was easy. You are mailed a manikin and devices to help with hands on portion of the class certification. Easy to receive and easy to return all through UPS. Received my BLS e-card right after I took the online test the same evening I took the class. The staff of CERT are available through email or phone for any questions. I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

TAKE YOUR CLASS WITH C.E.R.T. ASAP! The BEST customer service EVER! The president of the company personally delivered the kit for my skills test after UPS dropped the ball. Even upgraded my training class with no extra charges to ensure I could start my job on time with my BLS certification. This company provides service that goes well above and beyond any other company by far. Online course was super easy to follow and I felt comfortable with my knowledge of BLS after my skills test. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! THANK YOU C.E.R.T.!!!!

Process was fairly simple, and the online interactive training was very helpful!! Unfortunately, the Service Manager, Christina Hoffman, was a complete disappointment to communicate with when an issue did arise. Not only was she condescending, but also did not fully assist me trying to finalize the process. Instead she ignored my questions and offered to simply refund my purchase, which was frustrating considering I had already completed half of the process and thought I was on my way to completing it fully. It's a shame to have someone like that in customer service for this company.
