Lived there for about a year. I could hear the people in the next apartment though the walls. Walls are paper thin. They could hear my every word. I had a squirrel scratching day after day in my wall and it was ignored by the management for six months.

i have called them 4 times over a weeks time and gotten no response back. poor management
Good location and quiet neighborhood.
Kind of cramped space but location looks good.
