I found Classic Lamination on Google, called them, got a quote via email and dropped off the 7122 pages to get laminated. The job was huge and they handled it with ease. Everyone was really professional and very nice from the lady at the front desk, Ms. Donna, to Bob who took all of my calls, and Jim, the owner. The lamination job was PERFECT and not easy to complete. I had different size sheets in file folders and most of them needed to be cut by hand once laminated. The price was also reasonable and did not break my budget. I just want to thank everyone at Classic Lamination for a job well done. We will certainly use this company for all future jobs.

I must say after reading the previous post, I was quite dismayed. In all the years I have been dealing with Classic Laminations and the owner Jim TIDD (note the capitalization to emphasize the CORRECT spelling) I have NEVER EVER had a problem with any materials I have had produced by this fine company; be it book binding, laminating, mounting, etc. The staff from the office and the men doing the actual job are so very helpful in every facet from the pricing to when the job will be done. Many times I have called with a customer needing something done \Pronto\ and Jim and his crew have made it happen. Its funny, that is ALWAYS Jim Tidd's line: \We'll make it happen.\ And he and his GREAT crew do!!!!! Always friendly, always helpful. They are ALL a great bunch of people to do business with.

If you need any type of lamination or mounting work done, I would stay clear of this company. Customer service simply doesn't exist with this company. When I first approached this company and spoke with the owner, Jim Pidd , I was surprised that he would NOT commit to a specific time to meet with me. Instead he insisted that he call me the morning of the day we were to meet later in the week. This puzzled me since I don't know why he wouldn't simply give me a time to stop out to meet with him. Well the morning of our scheduled meeting, he never called me and then when I called him about it, he simply said he forgot to call me and that he now had another meeting and that I'd have to reschedule with him. So I guess he was waiting to see which customer had the potential of spending more money with him for the day. When I called him on his lack of customer service and the treatment I was receiving from him, he simply told me if I didn't like it that I could go somewhere else and hung the phone up on me. So if you are willing to NOT get any type of customer service from this company, then you might want to call them, however if you have precise or detailed work which you need performed then you might want to think twice before you work with this company and Jim Pidd the owner since his idea of customer service is literally locked into the 1950's.
