If you are looking a house, this is the place to go! You won’t feel pressured like you do when you barely make it into a car lot before being flocked by those out just for the money... The people here really care about you and your needs, and Lisa is the perfect example! Request her and she won’t disappoint! It’s like you’ve known her a lifetime.
We had a fabulous experience with Lisa Ashley Williams when we purchased our first home she got us into a house that fit us!!! She was GREAT made house buying fun and so easy!!! If u have a day to kill & u dont mind be talked down to then this is a great place. This place is high priced...its cheaper online..look else where for the same thing. I called them to talk after this review but i cant get them or anyone on the phone.
They care about your money and nothing else!! They were all excited i wanted to buy a home, literally the same day my approval was sent to them, they stop calling and returning my calls and emails. They think I will not be able to afford what I want. Little did they know I do have a savings I didnt tell them about and I was approved, maybe not the largest house, but I was approved for a nice one. Nope it appeared I didn't have much money so they stop talking to me. They lost out, I just know not to tell a seller all that you have, their loss!
Anyone that is looking a home go to Oakwood homes in Elizabeth city. They are very friendly and will go beyond the ends of the world to help you and get you the home of your dreams.. Lisa and Darren were great...
