I wanted to share a great experience I had at True Value (Howard Brothers Oakwood). I recently purchased a Stihl chainsaw at the store and due to needing a bigger saw, I decided to return it. I had not used the chainsaw yet. Corey and Jennifer arranged the return and gave me no hassle about changing my mind. Their willingness to return my saw earned my business for anything I might other hardware needs that I might have in the future. Good customer service is also something that affects a return process. Howard Brothers Oakwood is an honorable establishment and truly desires that the customer be satisfied even if that means a return. I’d also like to mention that the chainsaw I bought was a great saw, just too small for my application. Thank you Corey and Jennifer. I hope you are both commended for your quality efforts!

Nice people very helpful, but I noticed lots of people not wearing masks and being able to walk around the store. It made it hard for me to stay there for long. Mask wearing would be a nice touch

Friendly helpful staff. Went to get spare keys for our camper. They had the blanks and hand cut the keys. Perfect. When I want help finding something or a replacement part or tool, quick in and out.
