My four-year-old golf cart stopped working over the weekend. I called 2 different golf cart shops trying to get a repair as it was stranded on the side of the street. I am still waiting to hear back from the other company! Lanier Carts not only took my call but the first person I talked to came up with multiple options on how to quickly get it fixed at the lowest cost possible. I then received a call from a second employee stating that he could come right out with all the parts necessary and fix the cart on site! He expertly diagnosed and repaired my golf cart and figured out how to do it at the best value possible. Looked it over from top to bottom and performed a bunch of other tests and I drove it right into my garage from the street. And the other company I left a message for first- still waiting for a callback! Fantastic service at Lanier Carts and Outdoors.

We stayed at Margaritaville and needed a cart. Called Lanier and they were incredible!!! Mike was amazing and Ben brought out the cart within an hour. The cart was a six seater and made it definitely more comfortable for our family. Ben was extremely courteous and Ken (I believe was his name) was on time to pick up and made the process so easy. Their prices were definitely reasonable. I highly recommend them!!!!

Great bunch of guys. Mike and the team are always super helpful and willing to spend time to answer all your questions. Bought a lithium pack for my RXV and the guys took the time to explain how to install it and the other needed accessories. Reduced weight by 200 lbs , Gained 3 mph, and increased the carts range. Lithium is the way to go. Prices are always reasonable at Lanier Carts.
