The installers were friendly and helpful, and they arrived within the time frame expected. They worked efficiently and got the job done quickly. The sod (St Augustine's Seville) looks great after initial install, but I'll update my review if there are any issues. My customer service rep Jose was also friendly, and he seemed very honest...he advised against getting sod in an area that probably wouldn't have lasted long. It would've been easy for him to sell me an unnecessary product, but he seems to sincerely care about what's best for the customer. I appreciate that very much. Great work guys!

Best Sod in town. Always cut to proper size and harvested freshly. All St Augustine varieties are green on delivery and the pieces hold together well. Will call immediately if there's a problem with providing service and gets back on track quickly! Overall coming from a very busy Landscape Contractor who has been in the industry over 30 years, and has placed at least a hundred orders from them the last 2 years. \They are really good\ :-)
I ordered 4 pallets of Saint Augustine's palmetto this week and in the 1st few pieces there was a massive fire ant colony... got bit a bunch of times and I was wearing gloves and a long sleeve shirt. The last time I ordered from them the sod was infested with grubs, brown recluse, and several wolf spiders. I am done with them.
Great experience. Obviously not a good time of year to order sod but I needed it so I placed an online order for 8 pallets. Johnny called me prior to the delivery to warn me that it would be more labor intensive to put down due to the dry weather. He even offered me the ability to cancel the order before it shipped. He did not have to do that. I went ahead with the order and was pleased with what I received. Not bad at all. Delivery driver was awesome as well. Quality customer service from a quality company.
Excellent and responsive. Have used them twice and both times they dropped off a quality product. Would def recommend and I would use again if i had any more room for grass.
