The jury is still out - just got my machine back but now there is a new issue. They are working with me to determine next steps. Stay tuned. 9/18/20 - I've had my machine back for a week and other than an occasional skipped stitch, it is working. * While it did take the better part of 6 weeks, they have been absolutely overwhelmed with repairs and parts orders on their web site. This is not a huge multinational corporation, but a small local business. This machine was 15 years old when I got it, and that was 10 years ago. Until Covid-19 it was only used for the occasional mending job or to put in a hem. Since March it has produced just north of 2000 face masks. My only negative comment is that it took so long, I’d suggest that in the future that they quote longer than expected so if it is done early it is a bonus. *200 masks

I ordered a singer foot pedal since Dec 2 2020, they charged my credit card but have not received my order, the do not answer calls, neither emails. Still trying to reach out somebody, but no answer at all.

I purchased a used 6 needle embroidery machine that hadn't ran in 3 years. Ray went out of his way to get it up and running again, working his magic, and a week later this machine now purrs like a kitten! He was very knowledgeable and the pricing was more than fair. I am so happy with the work he's done for me and will definitely use him again. 2 thumbs up!

Helpful didn't have what I needed in stock. Ordered it, gets 2 day shipped to them. Offered to mail it to me but I declined as I live not far. One part ordered was a bobbin case. . installed, worked as should. Seems good quality. Ray does a training work shop yearly to teach you to repair sewing machines.

Customer Service had a personal touch. Ray (Co-Owner with Wife, Linda) went above & beyond. My Mother's 1950's Singer Sewing Machine (Wood Cabinet Style) was completely restored with original part replacements & is functionally operable, after only 2 weeks in their on-site Oberlin, OH service shop! Thank you, Ray, for bringing back good memories for many sewing years to come!
