They make a painful health condition even worse by their complete apathy and disregard to the basic courtesies required of a healthcare provider. The administrative staff is the rudest and doctors are always in a rush to attend to something more important than the patient in front of them. They’ve kept us waiting for hours despite having an appointment every single time. Then, at least you hope they know what they’re doing but they often know less than what a basic google search teaches you. I hope this is not a representation of the healthcare system but just an aberration.
