Good for kids
This is off of the Bicentennial Greenway with the closest access being Gibson Park. It's a wooden deck thing that leads out into a swamp type area. Some plants and power lines is about all you will get a glimpse at. Nothing to see here, move along.

Not elevated, basically a dock into the weeds, peaceful and quiet. Nice if you dont mind seeing the power lines.
This is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Don't build it up too much if you're taking young grandkids on the Greenway....long, hilly walk from golf course parking lot...pier and deck in some state of decline since my last visit of fifteen plus years ago.

This is one of my favorite places to sit. The beautiful views, and soft quiet, make it a wonderful place to relax. You can sit back and gaze out across the cat tails and listen to the songbirds singing. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of one of the beavers who have been building dams and lodges on the lake. I'm really glad this is here. What a great way to enjoy the park!
The deck was roped off and had closed signs everywhere. You could see where there was boards that needed to be replaced due to weathering
