I want to start by saying that I have never met someone so amazing as Nicole Shaffer she has been there since the beginning for me. Questions always answered, quick response but most of all a great inspirational instructor. She is very prompt every time! I’ve watched her grow and that inspires me to go further! Nicole Shaffer is a phenomenal instructor who really cares for each of her students individually. From before my classes started she was helpful in making my decision to pursue my CNA license and helping me set up my finances and classes to do so. Once in class she was always prepared and presented the material along with a very appreciated personal touch from someone who has seen and done it all before and is always willing to jump in and show her students the proper way of caring for another patient. She provided tips and tricks for how to do the skills once in the field and the much needed knowledge of how to detect abnormalities within the patient and prevent harm or discomfort with everything we do. I have used the knowledge she imparted to me to teach people at my job at the hospital and show them more effective ways for doing patient care and will always recommend friends and family to go and learn from her. This kind of instructor is truly one in a million!
