Excellent service today by Dillon. Corrected an installation error by another company, and professionally explained how the settings should be improved. Added salt at a reasonable price. Very happy with Dillon, and the office staff that scheduled my service. I look forward to using, and recommending, Adams Water in the future!

Shawn Adams answered all my questions, and there were many, plus educated me more how the system works. Installation was professionally done. I've had the system six months and am completely satisfied! I realized several things they did during installation were above and beyond! Give Adams an opportunity, I wish I had not waited so long to get a soft water system. Regardless who you buy from just understand buying from big box store and hiring installer is not the best choice imo. If there are issues the installer blames the equip and equip manufacturer blames the installer and you are left in the middle. While I haven't needed anything from them, Adams will be there if you need.

Went to Adams Water to simply purchase media, chlorine pellets and O-rings when I decided to restore and old system I had from another service provider no longer in business.
