Looked on-line for what I wanted, ran in with my coupon, got it, and out I went. Perfect and quick. Nice when it all comes together.

Nice staff and helpful. However, store didn't have my item in stock.

Used to be worth visiting. The selection has diminished along with the quality. When I seen a towering display of 'My Pillows' in the center aisle, that explained everything. Seriously, have your buyers ever read the 'My Pillow' reviews, or do they all need a lobotomy?! You are scamming your customers.

Still good in-store selection of home furnishings, cookware, etc., with a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

This is a nice store. Clean and well-organized. I only saw ONE staff person in entire front half of the store and she was taking care of a few folks checking out at about 6:25 PM. So, I had to search the rest of the store and finally found someone who could help me. I was simply looking for replacement kitchen garbage bags for a Simply Human trash can. The guy (manager?) found they were out of stock and had to order them. It was a quick procedure. He said they also now charge for home delivery on that item. I noticed that the front of the store is loaded with gimmicky kitchen and women's items. Maybe for the impulse purchase?
