After a month delay due to Covid-19 (which I was very understanding of) I’m told my roll-up door was never delivered. I was told by installer 3-4 days per his boss they would be here to install. A week goes by then two then I’m told the door would be in on Friday for a mon-tues install. After not hearing from anyone on Monday I call and am told their delivery of doors came in but my 10x16 wasn’t on the truck. But they have a 14x16 they can install and assure me they can get it balanced with the extra 4’ of curtain. I tell them ok I need my door so I agree to the 14x16’ door. Well once door is installed there’s a 4’ dent running vertically on the door. So now after all the delays and run arounds, this is what I’m left with. I’m told they will be back in 2weeks to change the door out but That doesn’t change the fact I’ve lost two months of income because this company cannot complete a project in a timely manner and my customers are finding other welders for their repairs. I highly urge you to consider ALL OTHER options before signing a contract with this company. It’s not worth the headache!!!!
