The ladies in the office are so helpful, and Michael was such a gentleman! Some of the other guys came over and they were all so friendly. For many customers, coming here is a disheartening experience, especially if you're visiting a car you totaled (like myself), but they made it as enjoyable as possible! I would highly recommend this location, but I can't say I would like to be back for the same reason in the future.

Michelle P. practically forced me to sign the paper, I tried to read it and she told me “There’s no need to bother to read it.” She was rushing me and was very rude as I walked into the door. She told me I had to get another title by myself if I couldn’t find it, then the lady behind her told me we didn’t have to do anything because they can do it. Seems like there’s one nice person in there.
