From the first call a year ago the woman on the phone was very pleasent. to today. The pick ups have been on time quick and efficiant. I have also run into them while walking my dog they are very nice and respectful so my dog is not startled by the loud noises. Letting us pass by before continuing on their route. This goes beyond good customer service this is good quality people.

Updates:**Supervisor contacted me after reading my online review. She apologized, contacted the driver to pick up my trash on the same day and credited me a month of service fee. If they solved my issues first time I called then there won't be so much inconvenience. Thank you Christina for checking on us again this week to make sure we are satisfied with their service. We appropriate it.

They will tell you initially how they take everything besides yard waste, it’s a lie. They will tell you if you break down your cardboard boxes they will take them but that is also a lie. They left all of the boxes in my driveway and said they only take cardboard on Wednesday. Well they only come to my area on Tuesday and Friday? Spend your money at a different company that will actually do the job you pay them to do and not lie to you just to get another customer.
